1. Overview & Scope
WAIT UNTIL YOU TRY operates this website and our brand publishing tools. This notice explains how we use inquiry information and technical data. For privacy questions or requests, use our contact form or email waituntilyoutry@gmail.com.
2. Information We Collect
The contact form collects your name, email, inquiry category, subject and message, plus any company, website and timeline you choose to provide. Please do not submit sensitive personal information.
Hosting systems may record IP addresses, request paths, timestamps, browser information and errors for security and operations. These identifiers can be personal data. The contact rate limiter uses short-lived keyed hashes of network addresses; the inquiry queue does not store your IP address or user-agent.
3. Publishing Tools & Authorization
Our publishing tools are intended to manage our own brand accounts. The public callback page is a status landing page: visiting it does not connect an account or confirm publishing permissions. It does not exchange authorization codes or store access tokens.
Any operational authorization flow must be completed and verified in the publishing console. Account administrators can review and revoke access in the relevant platform account settings. Do not send account passwords or access tokens through the contact form.
4. How We Use Information
We use inquiry details to respond, discuss requested services, handle rights requests and maintain business records. We process operational data to protect and maintain the website. Where GDPR applies, responding to a requested service may involve pre-contractual steps; routine correspondence and security may rely on legitimate interests, subject to your rights. We do not add inquiry senders to a marketing list.
5. Cookies & External Content
The website does not set analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts and site assets are served from our own domain. Contact form protection uses a short-lived signed token rather than a tracking cookie.
Social links take you to services with their own privacy policies. If a video player is available, we ask before loading YouTube; loading it sends information such as your IP address to YouTube and may involve cookies. Declining leaves the player unloaded.
6. Service Providers & Disclosures
We do not sell inquiry information or use it for cross-context advertising. Our hosting provider, Namecheap, processes website traffic and the private inquiry queue. Accepted inquiries are sent through our hosting mail service to our Gmail inbox, operated by Google. We no longer route this form through FormSubmit. We use Cloudflare Turnstile on the contact form to help prevent automated spam. Cloudflare processes security signals, including network and browser information, for this check; inquiry text is not sent to the verification endpoint. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
These providers may process information outside your country. Applicable provider terms and transfer safeguards depend on the service arrangement. We may also disclose information where legally required or necessary to establish or defend legal claims.
7. Security & Retention
HTTPS protects information in transit between your browser and this website. It is not a promise of end-to-end encrypted email. Access to the private inquiry queue is restricted, and submissions are validated and rate-limited.
The inquiry worker deletes application queue records after 90 days. Email correspondence is retained as needed to resolve the inquiry, maintain relevant business records or comply with legal obligations. Hosting logs and backups have separate retention schedules; contact us for information about a specific request. Deleting a queue record does not by itself delete an email or an existing backup.
8. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your information, and may object to or request restrictions on processing. Use the contact details above. We may need proportionate verification before acting on a request, and some information may need to be retained for legal reasons.
You may also have the right to complain to your data protection authority. Statutory rights and business obligations, including those under GDPR and CCPA/CPRA, depend on applicable law and circumstances.
9. Children's Privacy
This website and its commercial inquiry form are not directed to children under 13. Please contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information so we can review and address it.
10. Contact & Privacy Requests
Email waituntilyoutry@gmail.com or use our contact form. Describe your request without including passwords, payment details or unnecessary sensitive information.
